About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Inspire and be inspired!

ABOUT ME

I will start off with fair warning - I am very energetic. My unofficially official title is 'energizer bunny' - I never say die. Seriously. My ability to subsist on little-to-no sleep and/or food is a marvel to behold, I've been told. An actor by trade and a philosopher by tertiary agreement (they gave me a degree! The fools!).

I live my life in double-time - talk fast, walk fast, think fast, drink fast - and whilst I'm very easygoing, I wouldn't call me 'laidback'. As it is very nearly impossible for me to 'lay back'.
My friends joke that I'll simply die all of a sudden - without warning, probably young and perhaps fighting for revolutionary causes in a supermarket - having finally reached my long-anticipated 'burn out'.

I am very much both a people-person and an ideas-person. I love to entertain, to act, to laugh, to share, equally as much as I love to read, write, reflect and engage in serious debate. It is, however, a real challenge for me to be serious for any extended period of time. I love to learn - from books, from people, from experiences. I like to think that I'm the kind of person who would never give in to gloom - despite being overly empathetic, an over-thinker and...well, lets face it - a philosophy major.

Music, Movies, and Books

In terms of music, I'm going for the cop out by saying I'm into a little bit of this and a little bit of that. I dig jazz of many descriptions, 'alternative' rock (whatever that means), showtunes.
Radiohead rocks my musical socks and I sincerely believe nothing is better to get down and dirty on the dance floor to than some good ol' drum and bass.

Waaaay too many authors to feasibly list - Oscar Wilde, Orwell, Isabel Allende, Nabokov, Shakespeare, Philip K Dick, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Dostoyevsky, Dr Suess - to name a few.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Don't make me start with the superlatives. You'll regret it.

Teach, Learn, Share

Big fan of cooking. Would be more than happy to show you around/give you a hand in the kitchen. I'm also a fountain of theatrical knowledge if you're interested, and speak Polish if you're learning

I on the other hand am just beginning to learn both Spanish and German, so if you speak either of those and have a huge amount of patience for mispronunciation and general crimes against your language, awesome!

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Austria, Cambodia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Laos, Latvia, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Peru, Poland, Qatar, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Viet Nam
