ABOUT ME

I was born in Istanbul and lived there for a while but was raised mostly in the beautiful city of Izmir.

I majored in Comparative Literature , which is always the matter of jokes as people come to me and say "so, you majored in reading books hahahah". Yea, that's what I did.

For the last 4 years of my life I've been making wine and I think with the amount and frequency of my wine tasting I have one of the more interesting palettes in Turkey for my age. My winemaking focuses on local varietals only unlike my tastings. There is a lot to do to resurrect winemaking in Turkey and I do my part.

I like reading and meeting new people. A person I haven't met is like a book I haven't read.

I think I have a Latin American soul but also a Scandinavian mentality which makes me weird but also more unpredictable than many.
