COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i couchsurfed many times (but with an old account: the big capodoglio), mainly in france and portugal, and it has always been nice. i invited/was invited to the strangest places, ate mysterious food, played carum, slept on a little balcony and had fun fun fun!

Interests

hitch-hiking, talking to old ladies at the bakery, photography (lomography!), finding out the best way to cook a flamingo, watching movies, writing random poetry, space invaders, jacques cousteau and steve zissou, werner herzog and klaus kinski, raymond carver and murakami haruki, honey badgers and elephant seals, bookshelves, dancing stupid dances, odessa, portugal, tonga.

the first few that come into my mind, totally random. books: "before the night falls" by reinaldo arenas, raymond carver's poetry and short stories, roald dahl and michael ende's books for kids, jorge luis borges, j.r. lansdale, jana cerna and anais nin, daniel clowes and seth's comics, calvin and hobbes. music: everything that sounds chachacha or bunzabunza or tingalingaling. neutral milk hotel, chico buarque, calexico, devendra banhart, wes anderson's movies soundtracks. movies: stroszek, shortubus, mystic river, little miss sunshine, the life aquatic with steve zissou, too many.
