Just moved to Brasilia-now to just learn portuguese

ABOUT ME

I just moved to Brasilia to work on a development project that works with marginalized women and tries to create job opportunities for them. I am very much still getting to know this city, it's people and of course the language!

In my free time I run, explore Brasilia and drink mate.

I try to balance keeping up with my responsibilities and trying to live in the moment.

Interests

It is ridiculous to put traveling? I mean we're all here for the same reason- to explore the world and get to know people.
Running- it's become a form of therapy.
Cooking- especially with new ingredients. Something interesting, there is no salad dressing in Iguazu, but there are over 30 types of mayo!

Music, Movies, and Books

I will fill this list in later.For now I will say I love brass, especially trumpets. I adore most music from the Balkans, especially my home country,Serbia.

I also like trip hop, hip hop,instrumental and world music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cooked Serbian food with an Mbya-Guarani community..never would have thought. Life is a magical thing.

I would like to learn Arabic, how to cook a mean veggie lasagna and much much more!
