About Me

ABOUT ME

Well.
Tall. Green eyes. Very intelligent and astonishingly beautiful. What else?

No guys, let's go on, something about me will emerge.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Sometimes I can host -it depends on where I'm living, with whom, or what (?), why and whatever.
When I have the opportunity, I love to travel, and to do it with couchsurfing is the best way. The best way, since places are mainly people who experience them and joining them is often the best way to enjoy also a new place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started couchsurfing during my student exchange in Tallinn, enjoying moving around Estonia and enjoying people from wherever moving around my house.

Interests

What are my interests? What are not!

However, I study foreign languages and literatures, I breath, I listen to kilos of music, watch kilos of movies, try to know kilos of new things. I'd like to become a translator one day, or -ahahah- to see published my own stuff.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music comes first. Too perfectly similar to human flow of thinking.
Unfortunately I play no instrument, but I'm really ready to accompany any player with my hands.
There's not much music I don't like. I'm quite sure Bjork would have been great friend with Rachmaninov, the Joy Division with Leo Ferrè, James Brown with the Massive Attack, Nina Simone with Bonobo, Nicolas Jaar with Francois Hardy, Cohen with Sinatra, Waits with Peggy Lee, Ian Anderson with Brassen, the Gorillaz with the King Crimson... if only they have had the chance to meet.

Secondly, literature. Quite sure also life is not the same without reading.
I'm studying -and loving- russian literature, so I have to say I like elephantic russian classics (even If I've definitely not read them all), but nothing prevents me from loving also opposite things and maaany authors, from Sartre to Pennac, Calvino, Saramago, Woolf, Hemingway, Richler, Benni, Maugham, Camus, Hesse, Shelly, Kafka...just to name some.

Cinema goes with the flow, images and voices from every corner of the world and of the mind: we need them to breath.
Again, just to name some... Diritti, Tarantino, Lars Von Trier, Wes Anderson, Woody Allen, Goudry are some directors I like.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I walked on iced lakes, swam in deep seas, climed high -no, not that high- mountains, flied in...well, aeroplanes.

Actually, I just lived many wonderful days, or even simply minutes, in a lifetime. Think it's quite exciting, by the way.

Teach, Learn, Share

Maybe the thing I like most in couchsurfing is that the sharing mood easily overcomes cultural and personal distances.
You'll never know if the weird person walking around your kitchen walks how he/she walks, speaks how he/she speaks, think how he/she thinks because he/she is from where he/she is from or because he/she is simply like that.
The point is that it happens that we are living in the same house exactly as we are living in the same world. So, let's find the best way to enjoy it.
