ABOUT ME

Im a writer, director, producer of film who studies general communication. I am slightly obsessed with film and spend most of my free time trying to get involved in it. I grew up in a small town next to Mexico so my culture is a mix of Mexican and American. I like to believe that I'm funny and witty but I cant be completely sure without some sort of confirmation. I want to get to know the world so that I can try and make a difference in it (I know how corny that sounds but its true). So if I can do that and have all the laughs I possibly can with some great people then I think that would be the greatest feeling in the world.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is very simple and can be summed up in one sentence. "There is no point in living if you cant feel alive." Isn't that just the perfect way to put it. To understand and accept those around you is to truly appreciate what exists. In that appreciation comes a point in which time, money, and struggle are out weighed by a feeling of life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, I have not had a single negative experience while couch surfing. I have met very interesting people who just want to share, anything that they can from stories, to meals, and even their favorite place to be. Through their adventurous natures these people have changed my life in ways I cant fully describe in words.

Interests

Movies, art, travel, fun, photography, excitement, etc...I feel that my interests are driven by stories. I enjoy listening to the stories of people I meet and the stories behind the places I go. Learning is and will always be the biggest part of my life so I try and do as much of that as I possibly can.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walked through a city at war with itself over drugs, power, and corruption. Witnessed the effects of this war first hand. Witnessed fear and doubt consume a place that was abandoned by people who could have ended it all. At the end of a seemingly hopeless situation, I witnessed hope itself.
