CURRENT MISSION

As a teacher, I'm looking to enrich my understanding of the world through my experiences with other people and the places I visit. I've traveled a lot in the past and I look forward to spending my future summers traveling even more.

ABOUT ME

I'm a history teacher, a metalhead, a motorcycle lover, and a burrito obsessed individual. Sometimes I'm compared to Larry David and Louis C.K. due to my dry but humorous nature. I'm drug and alcohol free, for no reason other than I just don't like it.

PHILOSOPHY

Just try not to worry about it. Live shamelessly. Live honestly. Eat more burritos.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just want to make people feel satisfied with their experiences after meeting me. Being a veteran couch surfer, I feel I can imbue the values of couchsurfing culture wherever possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing from the corner of the pacific north west all the way to Serbia, I have met a lot of awesome people and realized it's more than just a website but a community of people that just want to share with others.

Interests

I'm a gear head, a metal head, an anthropology head, and have found the perfect combination of these things is to travel via motorcycle while rocking out to some heavy tunes.

Teach, Learn, Share

If there's something we can learn from each other, and anyone else, try. If you can just take a little piece of everyone and put it in your pocket, do so. There's nothing better than meeting something and gaining something of value from them. Whether you know not to be like that person, or you know that person knows the greatest facts in the world.

First and foremost, let me buy you a beer or burrito. I want to share stories, laughter, insight, and possible foresight. I have frown to understand that despite any differences I can befriend anybody and I hope that I can share that with my hosts
