ABOUT ME

We're in our early 30s now, used to study in the same university - when it was not closed because of demonstrations and general strikes.

Been studing 6 months in Poland together, we Wroclawiu in 2008. (byl zajebiscie!!!)

Claire: I'm living in Victoria BC with my partner Shael. Shael is from Toronto, he's a vet. After 4 years in rural Ontario where I worked in environmental conservation, we moved to the city. Big change! And also we just got a baby girl, so no hosting possible as we're figuring out the ropes of parenting...

Caro: living in Brussels, Belgium, with my son and partner.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We try to be there to help those who would like to visit Brittany, or even to inform… does anyone has a question?
Also been surfing here and there, actively participated in CS meetings in Beijing in 2009, and now hosting/surfing when possible in Canada.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

On our way to Niki de St Phalle and her Tarot's garden, we surfed in Firenze - summer 07- was just amazing ! We had such a good time that we keep doing it in Croatia, where we surfed several couches, and was, as usual, an intersting-friendly-smashing experience.
Then, we've been both a bit around surfing in Europe, New Zealand... And also hosting back in the days in France, and now in Canada.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We both travel with an interail card last summer (06), Caro in Italia and Greece, with many friends ; and me (Claire) in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia and Cz rep with my step sister. Those two trips were so great that we decided to go back to Italia and Croatia together in june 2007.. so in few days !
(That's very dated now but that's the way it is!)
