CURRENT MISSION

Finish Uni and hit the road (or air, or sea), either way, I have been hanging out for 10 years to travel, in one more I will find everything this world has to offer me, find the place and the people that I love.

ABOUT ME

I read way too much, study ancient history when I have run out of books to read. I kick things in Taekwondo (usually bags, but people if they kick me first) and exercise every chance I get. Music is a passion of mine and a constant in every room I find myself in, particularly Trance and Harder Rock/Metal (yes, I am aware of the oddness of this combination). I have not had the chance to travel, figured I'd grab myself an undergrad degree before fleeing Australia (I love Australia, but being born and raised on an island continent makes it hard to get a taste of anything else without a great fistful of money). I am hanging on by a thread to the end on my degree so I can set off to see the world.

PHILOSOPHY

I live for enjoyment. That is really all I ask and I don't expect much more. I do what I enjoy, I don't do what I don't enjoy. Very simple.
Oh, and I don't think life would be as fun if I were normal!!! I find normal boring! Bring on the strange!!

I still live at home with the parents and my 3 younger siblings in the suburbs, so a couch in my house at the moment is not really available, unless you want a kid waking you with the Nintendo in the morning or by a dog curling up to sleep on your head... and I am really sorry about this, BUT I would love to show people around my beautiful Sydney, and day visits for a coffee etc would be AWESOME. I love meeting new people and would welcome anyone from CS heading over to Sydney!!! Will let you know when my living stats change, and when I actually own my OWN couch, it will be always free for anyone to stay on!

Interests

Books, writing, Taekwondo, sports and exercise, music, clubbing, dancing, nights out, spending time with my friends, meeting new people, fire twirling and NOT setting myself on fire (setting myself on fire happens occasionally aswell, but it falls under the 'Disinterest' category).

Music, Movies, and Books

This list could go on for a while so if for some strange reason, anyone has a great desire to read an extensive list of my music/movie/book obsessions, then visit my myspace page where I have written essays on the subjects I am sure.
It is safe to say that music and books are my sustenance in life. My favourite music artists are Armin Van Buuren (Trance DJ), Tool (Rock/Metal), Karnivool (Aussie Rock band) and Evanescence.
Classical strings is also a great passion, anything with strings in it can make me stop anything I am doing.
My favourite genre of books is Sci Fi/Fantasy, but honestly, I will read anything with words. Fav authors include Anne Bishop, Robin Hobb, Traci Harding, Haruki Murakami, and of course Tolkien and JK Rowling.
