ABOUT ME

Living in the beautiful county of Sanoma has been a sweet little retreat after living in San Francisco for 7 years. I teach yoga, write, play music, and waitress. I live a simple life, with lots of intricacies. I prefer depth to quantity of things: this applies to a lot of areas in life.

PHILOSOPHY

Socrates..."the unexamined life is not worth living"...I think it says a lot.

I'm interested in a million trillion things. Amongst many things I love adventure and awe. I love to live lightly on this earth. I love to dance. I want to try sufi dancing, amongst many desires. Being in the moment, not ahead or behind.

Recently--- Jitterbug Perfume, The Legacy of Luna, The Paradox of Plenty, The Female Brain, Blink, The Poisenwood Bible, Autobiography of a Yogi, All The Pretty Horses, The God of Small Things, The Zahir...constantly reading on the topic of Yoga. I usually end up reading books by requests from good friends.

Music...I love it!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Skydived, Hitch-hiked all around Ireland, Snow Boarding in freshly released powder, free jumped off 80 foot bridges into water, hiked the Narrows, traveled to Europe, to Mexico and Canada...and now I'm off to London, Scotland, Paris, India, Nepal and Greece.
