a straightedge vegan with a strong passion for preserving cultural arts, industrious trades, upholding social and environmental justice & simply put life in general. a firm believer in self-redemption through self-reflection. a lifetime student & a proponent of all education & equal rights. a graduate of New College of California's Ecodwelling program. a history buff on inane facts. a kook about finding offbeat attractions in little-known towns.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hope to facilitate open dialogue and awareness through common space. I think that it is through these chance encounters that we actually challenge our personal conceptions of the world. It is my desire to
understand the world on an experiential level rather than on an academic note.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

working as a expedition leader for the nation's only lesbian gay bisexual transexual and questioning youth offroad bikecamping nonprofit known as Bike Out. I lead bike handling skills and preventative maintanance workshops for inner city youth. I ran a recyclery to benefit Bike Out's programming, and supervised two youth trainees on outreach, bicycle restoration, and customer service.
