About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I want to make new friends and learn about new places. My husband is from Cambodia and we have two grown daughters. I think this is a wonderful oppurtunity for us to get to know new people and travel cheap.
ABOUT ME
I am interested in every thing. I really love to travel. I like taking care of people, so couch surfing seems to be right up my ally. I like showing people around this beautiful state. I like to shop for bargins. My girls are my pride and joy. Their successes are mine. They are beautiful and smart. One in medical school and one in engineering. My husband of nearly 25 years is my rock. He allows me to stay home and take care of him and the girls or work if I want to. He was at my side as I helped my mother pass from this world to the next and held me when I could not hold myself.
PHILOSOPHY
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. I was raised on those words. I also "when two roads diverge in a wood, I take the one less traveled by."
I feel that we reap what we sow, twelve fold over.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love Harry Potter. I like comedy's. I like country and rock and roll and jazz music.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The Doubtful Sound in New Zealand is the most amazing place I have ever seen. When you are out there on the Sound it is just you and your God, nothing else. The most amazing thing I have done in recent times is hike the Kalalau Trail on Kauai Island in Hawaii. We took this trail on in water shoes, swim suits, with a bag of cashews, and one 16 ounce bottle of water. Later we discovered this was the hardest low level hike in the US according to the Sierra Club. The Hanakapi'ai water fall at the end was worth it!
Teach, Learn, Share
You can substitute one table spoon of mayo for one egg when baking.
