About Me
UPDATE: I have completed my huge trip, and I'm now semi-settled in Eugene. Unfortunately I just moved into a new house that is not very conducive to hosting, but hopefully that will change. Still interested in meeting travelers for a chat/tea/beer though if the timing works out :)
-----
I worked in the US, India, and Canada as an architect, but in January '16 I left it all behind for a 22 month adventure around the world! I'm heading west-ish from Los Angeles until I make it back to Oregon! Australia, Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, India, Europe, then to NYC and back across the US...
I'm happy to meet friendly folks, and crash on their couches, along the way! And especially interested in vegans/vegetarians who might be interested in participating in my project: collecting vegan recipes around the world. You can see some delicious examples on my website: http://earthandeats.com (the blog has evolved since I wrote this, but that's still part of it!)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've done lots of surfing and lots of hosting, but mostly not through the website, just through friends. I appreciate the communal exchange and the chance to meet random wonderful people.
