About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To learn not from what is written in a book but from experience

ABOUT ME

I am the type of person that cannot stay in one place for too long that is why I travel and move often. In the past three years I have lived in san diego, los angeles and now Newport Beach. I come from a huge family and understand the importance of hospitality.

I enjoy diversity, what makes you different is what makes you who you are. I am open minded and love to have a good time when the moment calls for it. No matter who you are or where you come from, I will talk to you...because being different is very intriguing to me! I always try to balance what's important to me in life.

PHILOSOPHY

"Je voyais la réalité, qui est le plus puissant des hallucinogènes."

translated in english: I saw reality, which is the most powerful hallucinogen.

This quote has inspired me to search, question and interact with the world without the need of unnatural substances.

Interests

Art is the desire of a man to express himself, to record the reactions of his personality to the world he lives in.
ADVENTURE
Traveling makes me think in a different way, it clears my mind and let's me know that the world is more than just where you are, but it is about where you are going.

Music, Movies, and Books

ONE GOOD THING ABOUT MUSIC, WHEN IT HITS YOU, YOU FEEL NO PAIN!

i believe each genre of music is important to the development of a movement. Music is a cycle of beats and rhythms that inspire one another.

rock, house, jazz, techno/trance, world, lounge, hip-hop it all depends on my mood

documentaries are the best form of movies because the lesson learned comes from a true story not a fictional one.

Peace is the way by Deepak Chopra is a book you must read!It changed my life!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Being on a boat on the Sienne River next to the Eiffel Tower during New Years.

-visiting Pompeii.

-being in Italy for the World Cup

-standing on top of the Acropolis and almost falling off...a near death experience!

-visiting the islands of Haiti and Jamaica showed me that even though the islands themselves are amazing and gorgeous, people living there struggle just to get by.

-Being in Lebanon and hearing a bomb explode at the border and thinking it was a firework made me connect to a different mentality. People who grew up in war and at the same time are such loving beings inspires me to become a better person and not take freedom for granted.

Teach, Learn, Share

I share my time with others, whether it is a single word of advice or sending positive energy, every little thing makes a huge difference. Even my last piece of food with a hungry stranger.

My major is peace studies and conflict resolution therefore I like to teach patience and mediation for the mind is more powerful than the body. I have a journal of peace that has very inspirational discoveries in it.

"A different language is a different vision of life"- I want to develop as many perspectives as I can. My parents both speak five languages and although I am not at their level yet, I am on my way! They use to tell me in Armenian, for every tongue you have, another brain you possess.
