COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

After i hosted several people and surfed myself a few times already, i have to say, this is one of the best places to meet interesting people and to make your journeys much more interesting.

Interests

Reading, everything from fiction to specialized books.

Traveling around and meet new people. Surprise, surprise! ;-)

History, i love history, it is so interesting, you can learn so much from the past and history has written the most exciting story's you can imagine!

When it comes to party's, i prefer the more relaxed kind of, hanging around with friends, talking and just having a good time.

I like sports a lot, fo the past 5 years i was very much into Paintball, playing tournaments all over Europe and before i played American Footbal for several years.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy a wide range of music like punk, indie, alternative, pop, ska, rock, swing, jazz...stuff which is made with real instruments. :-P

Movies: Lucky Number Sleven, Snatch, Pulp Fiction, Brother, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Way of the Gun, Pirates of the Caribbean, Crank, Lord of War, Hero and many more...

It is difficult to list books, it were so many and so different ones....like books from Clive Barker, Ray Bradbury, Robert Harris, Terry Pratchett, William Shakespeare, Jean Paul Satré, Isac Asimov, David Gemmell, Dan Brown, Umberto Eco and many more.
My latest books were: Predictably Irrational by Dan Ariely and The Facts behind the Helsinki Roccamatios by Yann Martel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Everything can be amazing, it just depends on how you see and think about what is going on around you! If you are a careful observer you might find the most amazing things where no one would expect them. Right in front of you!

Teach, Learn, Share

The only skills I have the patience to learn are those that have no real application in life. So if you want to know how to play paintball, juggling three balls, or count to 35 with your two hands, let me know!

I'm open for all this kind of useless things as well, they make life much more entertaining. For useful things as well. :-)
