Hi, my name is Jolie I am also known as Judy-Lived in NJ for 10 yrs after relocating from Canada. Moved back to canada and D.C short term, and Is looking to move/be in the DMV area (D.C, MD, and Virginia)-and working on some projects that could mean a need for short term CS in a stable, safe, friendly environment.

I am very well-mannered, well-travelled, down-to earth, adapts easily, romantic, sensuous, considerate, honest, and have a profound respect and appreciation for other cultures, and believe that as a society, we need to become more open-minded and tolerable towards individuals with different sexual orientations, religion, fashion, etc....That is why I love Canada!! VIVE Canada!!I It's not judgemental, and anything goes....We are just very accepting people! I really do not 'mesh' very well with anyone lacking that tolerance and respect--That applies to my girl/boyfriends, family and other platonic friends.

I am looking for friends who are spiritual, articulate, educated, cultured, well-mannered, fun-loving, open-minded, romantic, passionate, considerate, and someone who is in touch with their feelings as well as mine...This of course will be reciprocated.

favorite hot spots:
I like clubs like Insomnia, Anjou among others. I love "The Ferry House" Le Papillon", Makeda's.& a so many others in different countries/cities I have travelled. A huge fan of ethnic foods..esp. Thai & Indian. My fave places are Toronto, Paris, Austria, Rome, Bali, St. Thomas, Milan, Innsbruck, Amsterdam, Ibiza, Morocco, Venice, Bonaire, Venice among several others.


favorite things:
I love the old black & white movies..like "Breakfast at Tiffany's', I love A & E, Biography, The History Channels, and 'Cold Case'..and fashion TV'. and I love music---esp. Jazz! John Coltrane and Diana Krall are my faves....Michael Buble, Josh Stone, Sting, Jamiroquai, Maroon 5--and others of course.

I recently read "French Women Don't Get Fat' I loved it because it puts a twist on the eating habits and dynamics of Americans esp.and no 'bashing' or anything but we could all learn how to change our diet, drink lots of red wine & not be too worried.

smoke: No--the odd cigar--once in a pink moon- I usually share...a hobby not a habit...have not had one in 2 yrs

drink: Social drinker, maybe one or two--glasses of Merlot

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One of my best friends----does CS a lot--she's in Paris right now--and has been telling me about this for ever---I did sign up(Enrolled in 2007! but nothing--no profile). Just started being truly active in 2015- I thought I'd check it out again---and geez wish I had listened to her back then----Too cool---so that explains why I am sans-references...soon :)
