ABOUT ME

Traveling is my passion. The day I stop traveling is the day my heart stops beating. I grew up in Jakarta, Indonesia, lived in the Midwest, and moved to Washington, DC, four years ago. I travel a lot within the States for my work, but I want to see more of the world. There is still so much to discover, and I don't know where to begin

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I read about CouchSurfing in this magazine as I was flying Icelandair, on my way BACK from my trip to the Scandinavians last summer (had only I known before, right?). I signed up in August 2007, but I have only been active since March 2008. I haven't surfed yet, as of now, but I've hosted quite a few people (relatively speaking since I can only host one person at a time), met and hung out with DC CSers (very cool people, I must say), and I'm having a blast!
