ABOUT ME
I'm living in Vancouver now and going to school for aromatherapy.

I am from Vancouver Canada. I have lived in Montreal, then left for Cuba, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia , Peru and Bolivia in 2009! I lived in Colombia(teaching English in Bogota) for 1.5 years because I loved it so much, the people the weather, the beautiful beaches, jungle, forest, rivers, and culture. It was the best experience ever and wouldn't trade it for anything! Then I went to South America again..first arrived in Colombia in Aug.2012, spent almost 6 months there, then Ecuador, Peru, Chile. Last year I Just spent some time in Jamaica and Cuba.
Basically I love traveling, to learn about new cultures, new people, food, music, art, nature!
PHILOSOPHY

Get people together in my hometown Vancouver through fun events. Going to start hosting people starting now!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Mostly with friends in Vancouver, also in Mexico with friends. I couchsurfed with a girl named Maale in Cartagena, who was an excellent host. Also with Toño in northern Chile. I recently stayed with Georgina in Recife, Brazil and it was a really cool experience.

Intereses

I love cycling, music,going to shows, art, sewing, cooking, healthy food, reading, traveling, speaking Spanish and Portuguese, eco-friendly, hiking, camping, being creative, open-mindedness, people who care about enviro/social issues, people who are respectful.

Travelled Mexico.. the Mayan ruins and the cenotes (underwater caves) where absolutely incredible.
Rafting down Rio Chilli in Arequipa, Peru.
Surf lessons in Peru
Scuba diving in the Caribean Sea of Colombia
Hiking Cotopaxi Volcano in Ecuador making it to 5160m above sea level.
Tubing down the river in San Cipriano, Colombia.
