ABOUT ME

I'm friendly, social and easygoing.

I have degrees in International Studies - Political Science and in Journalism, but I've picked up my stuff and left too often to ever hold a serious career.

This year I am mostly in Switzerland and Germany, on a Youth-Travel visa.

Above all other things, I hat writing about myself in any type of profile!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've had people crash on my couch a few times and I've shown a few people around Montreal. I've been hosted by several amazing hosts, and I've met some pretty cool co-travelers. On two occasions, I met people who wanted help with their French skills through CS, and gave them a hand.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was hosted or shown around the city by a few people in Peru, Canada, France, Spain and Germany. As a tourist, I think it's really great to have a local give you an insider's view of his city.
I participated local Montreal CS activities, and I also hosted people. Almost all of my CS experiences were wonderful, and I definitely recommend CS to everyone I know!

Zainteresowania

I'm baking or cooking always, always, all the time, and when I'm not I'm trying to feed people what I have baked or cooked, or I am talking about food.

My other hobbies include swimming, roller-blading, "lizarding" in the sun, meeting friends and new people and drinking too much wine. And traveling, of course. I love discovering new cultures learning new languages.

My pet peaves include Westfalia drivers who don't pick up hitchhikers and paying for water or wifi.

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

I left all by myself for 7 weeks in South America, and ended up staying 6 months! I had a lot of wonderfull experiences there, including working in an orphanage in Ayacucho, Peru, and traveling from the Pacific Ocean to the Carrabean by land.

I've had the chance to get close to some street kids in Burkina Faso, Africa, and I hope to someday be able to make a documentary on their life conditions.

I've left my country for love and adventure.

I can help you with your language skills, if you want to practice your French or your English, and I can help you with Spanish up to a certain point. I can share some food with you, and we can cook together if you want. And of course I can show you around my town.

If you can help me with German, I will be forever endowed. If you can show me where to get a decent microbrew in your hometown, I will be very thankful!
