ABOUT ME

I am a huge music lover and have played music since I was very young. I love meeting new people, wandering aimlessly, the great outdoors and nature. I live in the Flinders Ranges, there are loads of fantastic bushwalks and mountain bike trails right on the doorstep; emus, kangaroos and lizards set against this amazing prehistoric landscape. From my verandah I see the slow approach of the sun from the East in the morning and its decline over St Mary, the highest peak in Wilpena Pound in the evening. The stars at night are so clear.

PHILOSOPHY

Really, I'm still trying to work this one out. I belive that whatever you give out you will get back, so it's important to to treat others well. I believe that it is important to have love in your life, whether it's with friends, family or lovers. And it's important to keep learning new things and keep your brain stimulated.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Music - everything, I love almost all forms of music, just nothing hardcore, my ears are too sensitive!
Books - I love to read. At the moment my favourite thing to do is sit down with a good travel book and get inspired about the places I want to go. I like good literature as well as the occaisional text book about flowers or something. I also subscribe to New Scientist which always gets me thinking.
Movies - I'll just watch whatever's on, but can't handle scary movies, I get nightmares!

I don't know if I've done or seen anything that spectacular, but I've made it this far in life which is pretty amazing in itself!

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I know a lot about music, especially jazz and classical. I have a lot of experience in yoga and have helped a lot of my friends to learn. I plan on becoming a yoga teacher further down the track. I love languages and one of my main purposes in travelling is to gain some language skills in French and Spanish.
