ABOUT ME

Please read our couch info, we haven't been active for a while because our focus was Ellie, our daughter.

We are: Sarah, Tom and Ellie! A family in the center of Brussels. Ellie was born end of 2012. We haven't been able to travel lately, but come April we'll be off to explore the world (the US) again.

PHILOSOPHY

We're free-spirited, we are against any form of discrimination. We have respect for all who respect us.
We're not distant and connect easily to people we don't know. We're honest and direct.
We are humanists.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We're enthusiastic hosts! Fans of the Couchsurfing project, fans of Brussels. Sadly we have no couch at the moment as our guest room became Ellie's room. Hope we can change that soon as we want to introduce Ellie to couchsurfing as soon as possible!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

For me (Tom) Couchsurfing started when I started university, first Finland then Japan, quite an adventure, I had the best luck with hosts.

When Sarah and I met we immediately found out we had a shared passion for exploring the world. As soon as we had a place of our own we started hosting. Exploring is not only about seeing the world it is also about listening, tasting (cooking), sharing and so many other things which are all brought to your home as a couchsurfinghost.

We now have had quite a few couchsurfers and it's crazy how at the end of a few days saying goodbye is already a hard thing to do. We have loved every couchsurfing experience we have had!
