One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first week I was in Spain I spent the weekend canoeing down a river in the northern Spanish mountains. We would stop every few miles, get out, talk to the locals, and have beer and local food. During the night, streets were filled with people dancing, drinking, and eating. How could I be expected to list just one--this is just the most recent.
