About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I love travelling - and have had a lot's of people come to sleep at my couch but not organised through couch surfing so my plan is to do this from now on ;-)
ABOUT ME
I am currently studying a master in Development Studies in London. I love travelling so I try to go to different destinations from here (London) for short trips and get to know people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I like meeting people whether travelling or having visitors.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have met so many interesting people and slept on dirt floors in the country-side in Cameroun and Lesotho, on floors and couches in San Fransisco, Perth, New York, Melbourne, Durban, Pokhara, Hong Kong, Stockholm, Tokyo, Kyoto and many other places.. Most of it has been through friends-friends-friends or people I've met and not organised through couch-surfing and now I have seen how genius this network is!
Interests
I am interested in travelling, music, hanging out with people..
- traveling
- socializing
- music
- hiking
- surfing
Music, Movies, and Books
I love music like Tinariwen, Amadou and Mariam and Fatoumata Diawara.. but also a broad range of other stuff.. regularly going to concerts and festivals. The Danish Roskilde Festival has been a regular thing.. but one of my best festival experiences is probably Fuji Rock Festival in Japan.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most beautiful places I've seen has probably been the Himalayas in Bhutan, but being from Sweden I must admit that I love going for a hike here as well!
Teach, Learn, Share
A person who has inspired me is Desmond Tutu and it was a great honor to meet him for the COP15 Climate Summit in Copenhagen (very briefly maybe 5 minutes, but.. ;-)
