One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I used to go to the beach all the time as a teenager. Then I moved away from it. So I went to Santa Monica, to beach-swim for the first time in 8 years. I was so excited, all I did when I got there was run up and down the shoreline, smiling. (And I am NOT a runner.) It felt AMAZING.
