ABOUT ME

This profile is for Emily and Cassie, two sisters who have taken language classes in French, Spanish, German, Portuguese and one bad semester of Chinese between the two of us. We travelled to France in 2004 with our whole family (9 people!) but want to go back to Europe to do a some real exploring on our own!

Our hosting abilities are limited during the academic year since we live in dorms, but we'll be happy to change our profile for the holidays so people can come visit us in fabulous Chicago!

Interests

Cassie is a theater major with a great flare for languages. She has taken Spanish in school since she was 9 and added German on in high school. She participates in everything she can get her hands on in whatever theater or group is nearby. Emily is a French and Anthropology major and tries to be the coolest nerd possible. She took French from a young age, added Spanish in high school, tried Chinese (didn't like it), and is now adding Portuguese to the repetoire (loves it)! Emily focuses more on her relationship with her longtime boyfriend and holding down various part-time jobs more than keeping a cluttered extra-curricular calendar.

Emily knits and paints. Cassie is a fashion and makeup guru. Also encyclopedic pop culture knowledge. Cassie's pretty good at cooking and sewing.
