About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Practice superpowers.

ABOUT ME

Sound designer for Video Games and Film

Major hobby is games, all sorts of games. Board games, card games, video games, hells yeah.

I go to things like Burning Man and the San Fermine festival.

I do drunken spontaneous things when I'm sober.

Love meeting new people and doing silly things and learning - that's what this whole traveling business is about!

PHILOSOPHY

The current personal philosophy I`m trying out:

If an idea comes into your head, I think most people's initial response is "no" and only then "because...". Thus, to act on a spontaneous idea, there must be a "reason". I'm training my default initial response to be "yes."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard of CS from other travelers, and couchsurfed my way across Hungary/Romania/Serbia/TheBaltics/ in my break-from-"real-life" in '07. I'm back in the city now though!

Took a break from CS for a year reacclimatizing to life in NYC (and now Austin), but I`m ready to host again now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Backpacking ... Hooray!

Hosting in my old place, took a break to get used to the new place.

Interests

Film, video games, spectacular theatre, contemporary dance, music (but you probably know more bands than I), science fiction, travel, climbing tall dangerous things, getting on trains I don't know the destination for.
