ABOUT ME
social worker in san francisco.
PHILOSOPHY
i spent many years trying to set myself apart, but lately, i've been revelling in what a cliche i am! it's absolutely liberating.
i've been having many revelations lately, i'm in the middle of what feels like a pretty huge transition, and i'm refining my values and re-prioritzing what i want to be doing with my life.
*little new revelation- all i need to be happy in life is to run in the morning and shake it (dance party) in the evening!
i would love to hear about any personal revolutions you've been going through lately, as well.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
something fundamentally important to me is involvement with and presence in my everyday world. i need to be actively involved with that which surrounds me or else life just gets depressing. whenever i've travelled and not couchsurfed, i've not felt like i truly experienced a place.
also, i love washing dishes and cleaning up after myself in general.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
all good experiences, both in the us and abroad! this community has made the world feel like a much smaller place, and i'm filled with gratitude to be able to meet such quality people so easily. that said, i also do quite a bit of informal couchsurfing, or just meeting folks along the way in regular life.

Teach, Learn, Share
i love meeting people with unconventional opinions and beliefs, whatever they may be. i enjoy makers, as i am not naturally one. i enjoy dynamic people, people who have experienced a lot in their life, people who have had to really struggle to become themselves.
i could teach you spanish, i could help you plan a bike tour (or we could do one together!), i could tell you and thing or no about the strange land of texas, i could tell you about freeschooling.
