ABOUT ME

I am about to be 31 years of age, from the east coast of the USA, now an ex-pat living in Central america for over 9 years, run a non-profit that works with local communities here in Nicaragua, love the people and the language. Expert in tropical fruit and its culture, maintain one of the largest collections of edible plants in Central America, run a 50 acre (20 Hectare) farm. Love to ride motorcycles, rock climb, and tear it up!!

PHILOSOPHY

Act now. Our world needs us and our actions will benefit our children if they are w/o ego and for all. The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the second best time in NOW!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to build community with travelers moving thru central america to give them a more authentic experience of this place that helps take them off the "beaten path" and the "gringo trail" and to live the realities of this culture and the challanges and abundances that it exists in.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed dozens of couches coast to coast and throughout many countries, I am a itinerant traveler and lover of culture, languague, good food and wine, local open air markets of all kinds, a devout lover of all types of fruit and nuts, agriculture, vernacular building, and exploration.
