About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Never stop learning.

ABOUT ME

I studied audio at Emerson College in Boston. I tried to pursue a career in the music industry in New York for approximately two minutes. After realizing I couldn't work for free, I set out to get a real job. I worked for two years in advertising before I decided that a real job just wasn't the thing for me after all. Now I am an ESL teacher, located in South Korea until fall of 2009. After that, who knows where I will end up. I think teaching could be a job I really love, but I'm not quite sure yet. But until the time I do find my true calling, I plan to keep traveling and attempting to learn something along the way.

PHILOSOPHY

There is nothing new under the sun. Life is the process of remembering things we already knew.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been a member for about 9 months or so. I haven't surfed or hosted yet, due to schedules and room mates and distance. But I have been actively involved in the CS Seoul community. Once I have a place of my own I plan to open up my couch to all those travelers out there. I am currently traveling (June-Sept 2008.)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met so many great people through CS so far. The Seoul community is great. There are always meet-ups and activities planned, lots of spontaneous gatherings every weekend.
