ABOUT ME

I have just finished my 4th year at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. I'm going into Family Practice, because I like making a connection with my patients, from babies to centenarians. I love Iowa. I love summer, fall, winter, spring. They're very different from back home in Tucson, AZ.
Updates: Tony and I are beginning a new chapter of our lives together, moving to Denver, Colorado in June of 2014.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to travel, meet people, and hear their stories, hear how life is different in other countries. I believe that person-to-person connections are the best way of bridging different cultures.
I did some surfing in Brazil and Ecuador a couple summers ago and met wonderful generous people. I'm all about paying it forward.
