ABOUT ME

I am addicted to diversity. I feel strange when I am a part of the majority. I have grown up in a few different countries and as a result I thirst to know about other cultures I have not yet visited. I travel with my senses heightened, but my senses are too limited to take in everything I want to see, hear, smell, touch, and taste. For this reason, I tap into the rich resources around me: the people.

PHILOSOPHY

I have lofty dreams that I cannot achieve on my own, therefore each day is a step of faith, trusting that only God can bring me closer to my dreams.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately, I do not have a couch to offer in this fair city of Valencia, Spain. But, I adore coffee and a good walk.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CouchSurfing has been one of the most delightful experiences I have ever had. I am glad to be a part of this cyber global community.

Music: I am very ecclectic. I don't like country, punk, or heavy metal.
Books: Anything by C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, Paolo Coelho, Stephen Lawhead, JK Rowling, or Jane Austen

I have seen the Great Wall of China. It brought me close to tears.
I have eaten dragonlfy. It was delicious.

I know most everybody on couchsurfing is flexible, but when you travel, realize and embrace the cultural differences or you will just get frustrated. Culture effects everything from how people behave towards you to how businesses are run. Life is not the same in another culture and that is the beauty of travel.
