Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed a fair bit around Europe and Tasmania and since settling down in Singapore, I've hosted too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My exchange in Edinburgh in 2008 has put my traveller's instinct to work and have been couchsurfing around Europe for a bit. I've also hosted a couple of people in Singapore and its really interesting to look at things from the giving end, rather than the receiving end.

Interests

I love music!!! Been learning some classical, and am totally interested in exploring more about it! Other genres include traditional chinese music and new age.

I have a passion for food (as most Malaysians do) and thus, cooking!

I love Hong Kong martial arts genre movies, and movies by Zhang Yi Mou for their vivid colours and brilliant cinematography. Hollywood is entertaining.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The French alps emerging from the mists lighted by the moonlight

Astro Cafe on top of Mt John by Lake Tekapo... Just having a sandwich and a cappucino. To put it succintly, it was a perfect moment.
