ABOUT ME

I'm really interested in providing my place for somebody to use as an "Artist in Residence". Whether you be a writer, photographer, artist... All artisan's are welcome to use mine as a base to create, enjoy the view and be inspired.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is that we are all just members of a community. We are all humans with human emotions, thoughts and feelings but what we share in common is that we inhabit different parts of this earth and have different cultures. These differences are to be embraced and welcomed by all, for the sake of all. I definitely believe that we all believe in one god, but we just have many different, personal unique ways of understanding...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have always couch surfed no matter where i have been in the world (i just didn't know their was a network!!!) Bondi, Dublin, Hammersmith, Everton Valley, Toulouse, Viadanna, St Kilda, Paris, Cork, dunedin, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Malvern, southport, manchester, palmerston North, munich, berlin croatia, riga, talinn...

Interests

I'm into nearly anything that has people interaction. Sports (esp. football, Rugby and any team sports) Community groups (esp. working with kids who may not have the same chance as others) Music (esp. concerts and festivals)and anything else that may pop up...

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies? I like anything that either is completely serious with intense themes and narrative, or something that just completely takes the piss out of all the characters, the authors, nut esp. the viewers.. Music? anything with a decent rhythm and beat... Books? Anything historical...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I managed to successfully become a fully operating adult in the modern world after going off the rails 'big style' when i was a teenager. As well as that: Black Sabbath Live! The Cure. Wayne Rooney's first goal as a 16 year old.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am up for learning anything... from yoga through to Latin. I will be willing to exchange any knowledge i have in return ( My History degree is NZ history- that could be very useful if your doing a tour of NZ)I'm also keen for anyone to share any Vege recipes they may have...
