ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Martin, 38 years old and I graduated in psychology and business, living in Vienna/Austria. I guess (and hope that other people see that too) I´m a lovely (sometimes a Little bit crazy), open-minded and easy going man. I like to meet other people, enjoy going out with friends (dancing, see great local music, having a drink...)and hobbies are travelling, reading, music (playing gipsy- guitar), sports like skiing, swimming. Mostly I try to find a "middle way" between easy funny life and serious responsibility in social life.

PHILOSOPHY

Respect other people/cultures and nature, be responsible for your doing in life, learn to live/love and enjoy life as conscious as possible.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couch Surfing is for me a gread idea and possibility for open-minded persons to meet people from countries all over the word. It will be a pleasure for me to help people that want to visit my home country Austria and vienna,giving information about local adresses for going out, learning about cultur and more - having a drink together and exchange experiences - maybe accomodation too (my female partner and I live in a rented appartment - our "nice renter" will not accept that we host other people, but feel free to write me a mail and we will see...)

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

hm....hard question - in New Orleans I tried to earn money as a "street musician" - after 3 days of hard work I had to accept, that there are so many good musicians playing for less money, that they don´t need another guy from Austria trying to play guitar too...police also gave me the "opportunity" to stop playing without permission or prison...

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I`ll be open for new experiences - would like to show people my city/vienna (culture, mentality, going out...), having a drink or coffee and maybe offering a place to sleep. It should be a good balance of "giving and taking", having fun too.
