ABOUT ME:
I'm a 32-year-old photojournalist who covers conflict and humanitarian issues. I've couch surfed and hosted for many years and it's let me meet so many incredible people! From my experiences all around the world I've realized my love for photography and decided to mix it with my activist spirit to pursue a career in humanitarian photojournalism. My goal with this is to raise awareness about our global issues and strive for peace wherever there is pain and conflict. I like to think of myself as a very friendly, accepting, respectful, and welcoming person who loves to relax and go crazy all at the same time. I tend to be a little bit shy at first, but once you get to know me you'll see that I have plenty of ideas and things to say about our world.

PHILOSOPHY:
We need to share the resources and work together so we can move forward as one. We are responsible for the way we care for the planet and each other. Each person has the power to influence his or her environment and create a place of peace to share with each other.

Move into a new life with responsibility, hope, and integrity. We control our destiny and the future of the Earth upon which we live.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING:

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE:
I have hosted dozens of couch surfers from all over and they were all great experiences. I like to use CS when I travel all over to meet local people and get an experience I would otherwise miss.
