About Me
CURRENT MISSION
"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness"-Mark Twain
ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in Southern California. I love to travel, meet new people, and go on weekend trips. I love spicy food, bright colors and getting great deals. I am outgoing, responsible, fun-loving, adventurous, enthusiastic, creative, energetic and flexible. I like all sports, especially volleyball, racquetball, hula-hooping and schoolyard games like 4-square and handball! I consider myself very liberal and curious and eager to interact with people from all backgrounds and cultures. I am currently living in South Korea as an English teacher and I like to use my interests in singing, cooking, dancing, and traveling to develop fun and interactive lessons. I am working on my Masters in International Education from SIT Graduate Institute and I hope to encourage others to have meaningful intercultural interactions abroad. My next big adventure will be sailing on a ship around the world for 111 days in 12 countries as an intern for Semester at Sea
PHILOSOPHY
Live one day at a time, enjoy life, and see the positive side of things.
