today i woke up, did some laundry and ate oatmeal. then i spent 5 hours reading and writing in a coffee place down the street, after which i cycled 8 miles to teach a drum lesson and cycled 8 miles home to eat corn on the cob and banana whip and discuss simpsons and childhood trauma. extrapolate from this.
