ABOUT ME

my name is Michael and i started travelling in January 2007. Somehow i couldnt manage to go back home and work 9 till 5 and i ended up in India where i established an NGO :) We are running two schools now in Bodhgaya Bihar. I still do travel and i do have a passion for food and cooking!

In our spare time my wife and I just started a project that we call "Foodvagabonds"!
We try to meet locals from different countries around the world and learn traditional dishes from them. You can see the Stories and pictures on my website: www.foodvagabonds.com

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The past 11 years have been a vagabonds life and i am feeling so lucky that i have been able to discover so many places and to meet so many great people all around the globe.
My greatest experience was establishing a primaryschool and soupkitchen in India where I live and work for most of the year.
