One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I´ve done it was to be able to help a very depressed woman in the State of Colorado/USA. It's amazing to watch a smile coming from a person who had almost forgotten about how amazing life can be.

Altough I feel that it´s super important to help people, I´ve learned that we need to be able to help ourselves first. "We can not give to the world what we don´t have within us."
