Overview
About Me
A native Copenhagener from Denmark with Chinese roots. I've always loved a good adventure and haven't hesitated to travel the world. I have always loved meeting new cultures and the people in them, and feel like there are many honest and real encounters to be had out there with strangers.
After living abroad and travelling a lot in my twenties, I am a now a happy mom of two boys and living with my boyfriend, Rasmus. He is a professional musician and I work with a Danish art group called Superlfex. Between a full-time job and family life, life is just buzzling by!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Started on CS in 2007 and I've hosted and surfed everywhere I've travelled - A lot of couches, floors and sofas for nearly half a year in places like Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Jamaica, Japan, Israel, France , USA. Although I don't travel much these days, I try to couchsurf at least once whenever I go somewhere new.
It's like a mixed bag of candy... you never know what you get - and that's the fun part of it! Sometimes it's really good, sometimes ok, sometimes it suck, but it's always interesting!
Interests
I am a very curious person and passionate about things around me and I like to go looking for new ideas. Nothing is to banal to interest me. At the moment, I am trying to practice meditation, perhaps to actually stop looking all the time, but to be restful and content in the moment instead. Cooking is also a big passion at the moment. I like all sorts of food, bread and sweets!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music is a constant in my life. It's always been there in different shapes to set a current mood. In our house, there is always something playing!
I watch a lot of films and tv. Well, I guess more tv nowadays. The best is to get lost in a great series.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Horse-surfing in the Philippines, sleeping in hammocks in the jungle in the Amazones, raising a family.
