Overview
About Me
Ok, hard question!Basically, I would say I'm a very natural person, "food greddy", curious, and always smiling to life, or at least trying to do so :p
I've been said to be a really fun girl, generous, honest, good looking,...in few words, close to perfection!! ;)
But as everybody has its own point of view on things, check it out yourself haha ;pp
PHILOSOPHY
My philosophy? "Carpe Diem"! I know It's easy to say but I think it reflects me. For me,to enjoy life is to realize the beauty of each little moment we live...
Don't worry, be happy :))
"Quelque soit la longueur de la nuit, le jour finit toujours par se lever" that could be translated, more or less ;), by "Doesn't mind how long is the night, the sun will always rise"
Oh! And I love this one : Life is like a roll of toilet paper. The closer it gets to the end, the faster it goes!! :p
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I knew the CS project few years ago and decided to try the experience during one trip. It was so fun that now I don't want to stop!!
And got also the pleasure to host a few fellow CSers.. a blast!
I really think, by experience, that doing CSing is not that much cheaper than going to a youth hostel, it's just a different way to spend it : buying food for everybody, going for drinks,... It gives you much more things to remember!

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies : Hotel Rwanda, The Last king of Scotland (amazing), Hazard et coincidences, Un beau dimanche de fiancailles, The green mile, Ma meilleure ennemie("Stepmom" in english), Tout pour plaire, Une hirondelle a fait le printemps, Mar adentro, Le papillon, It's a wonderful life, Philadelphia, Mauvaise fréquentation,... and more but I can't remember all the titles right now. Generally, I like the french cinema, the "small budget" movies with an intimist ambiance, those which succeed to reach your feelings and your everydaylife and don't have a special "super-heroe".
Books : "Les Thanatonautes" de Bernard Werber, "Et Après..." de Bernard Musso,...
"My best friend's girl" from Dorothy Koomson
A master piece... "Brave New World" ("Le meilleur des mondes") from Aldous Huxley. Written in 1932 but still gives a lot to think...
Music : Badmarsh & Shri, Besh o Drom, La Rue Kétanou, Ziveli, X-Makeena!!, Thievery Corporation, Doba Caracol, Sergio Contreras, Seeed, La Ruda Salska, Portishead, La Phaze, Antonio Orozco (yes I'm a girl!), Orange Blossom, Ayo, Matisyahu, Kenny Arkana ("Ils ont peur de la liberté"!), Mattafix, Hightone, Marcelo D2, Gentleman, Fondo Flamenco, El Bicho, La Caravane Passe, Chambao, Brain Damage, Morcheeba, Bet E & Steph, Orchestra del Sol... And so on... From Drum n' bass to more traditional one...:)
I'm not really into rap, but I just love this song, the lyrics are....whow!!For those who understand french, just listen to that : L'avenir est un long passé Terrifying, isn't it?
Teach, Learn, Share
I can help you if you're interested in learning french or spanish. I used to play chess (but not so easy to find a partner...) so I can show you. I can teach you how to dance the Briton dances :)
Always happy to discover new food. If each person I meet could teach me one recipe, maybe in a few years I'll be able to say that I can cook ;)
