ABOUT ME

To gain a short impression about me: I am a 24 year old German girl eager to experience new things.
After I finished high school in 2011, I went on a work and travel year in Canada and traveled most of the country, as well as cities I really wanted to see in America (e.g. new York, Washington, LA, etc.). During my travel I realized that I want to see as much of this awesome planet as possible. Therefore I applied at a University of Applied Science in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands and am studying Tourism management there since 2013.
All in all I love to meet new people and get insider information by locals, as this helps me to get a deeper understanding of a destination than the average tourist has.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I am currently studying/undertaking an internship and live in a rather small place I sadly do not have the space to host couch surfers. Once i move to a bigger apartment, and am not currently travelling I am happy to welcome couch surfers from all over the world :).

Interests

I am keen to experience new cultures in order to understand different views people have about the world that surrounds us. Due to my studies I am also really Interested in the background operations of the tourism industry.

I am really open-minded regarding my music taste. I love reaggage, as much as hardstyle and techno. If it transports a good vibe and/or I can dance to it I'll most likely love it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing places I lived in, enjoying the unique vine was the small city Banff in Alberta, Canada. Further, the Wild Coast in South Africa just stunned Mr with its beauty of landscape and people.
