ABOUT ME

Ho hum. Hate these things... about me? Jeez. OK: chilled out Aussie voyager, I love meeting people who get me thinking, laughing, discussing, exploring, dancing. I am a bit of a music fiend... now that I have arrived in Paris I am reveling in the abundance of sounds... there's so much on, and every night! I spent the last 5 and 1/2 months in India and Nepal, traveling in part with friends, in part alone, what an experience. I love sharing. I seek out connections. Apparently I am a typical Cancerian (although I'm not exactly sure what that involves). I'm a bit of a night owl, but also love those occasions which allow me to see a sunrise (sometimes these two go hand in hand!).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not heaps of experience cos I was staying in a sharehouse in paris last year that was unfortunately not too conducive to couchsurfing, but that said, I still ended up with a number of really cool surfers and I myself couchsurfed in Barcelona. Looking to get lots more couchsurfing experience under my belt as I head off into the great unknown (traveling in Berlin, France, Morocco, Spain and Portugal) in the coming months, yea!

Did I mention the music? But there's another whole section for that, so I'll go into it later... So yeah, meeting people, photography, reading (although I never make enough time for this), dancing (booty, break-beat, electro, psy-trance, barn-dancing, yeeha!), environment, community, sub-cultures...

Stepped off the edge of a bridge into the fresh air of a 160m canyon in Nepal. With a camera in my hand. Adrenalin really is the shit. Gonna have to look into that plane option next...

In the meantime, I can show you how to make a mean mushroom moussaka or tell you a few things about global trade liberalisation and its effect on agriculture in developing countries (it's more interesting than it sounds :) )...
