ABOUT ME

My name is Elaine and I am 27 years old at the moment. I was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana but I've been living in San Antonio, TX for almost 6 years now. I transfered down here to live in a bigger city...that was WARM! San Antonio is a very fun city with a lot to do & I do not regret my decision to move at all! What else... Oh, I love love love sports, especially football. Peyton Manning is AMAZINGLY talented and I would love to meet him, GO COLTS! The Cardinals are my favorite baseball team...and basketball, well I've been supporting the SA Spurs. I graduated in May of 2010 from The University of Texas at San Antonio in communications and business. Right now I manage a small company, promote/work events for a variety of companies nationwide and write for a magazine on the side. Traveling is my passion. I love seeing new places and experiencing different cultures. In my free time I love to travel, be with my friends & family, laugh, and just have no worries. If you want to know anymore just ask :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met a few travelers out in San Antonio for drinks and dinner. I also traveled to France, England and Amsterdam where I met and stayed with some great surfers.

Interests

Traveling! Sports-Indianapolis Colts, St. Louis Cardinals, & San Antonio Spurs! I love going back to Indiana to visit my friends and family. I also enjoy meeting new people and hanging out with my new friends in San Antonio. I love the beach, interesting people, the outdoors, boating, water skiing, floating the Guadalupe River (let me know if you are visiting in the Summer...this is a MUST DO!), photography, dancing, cheerleading, gymnastics, and much much more. I'm a pretty easy going person who can have fun doing anything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling through Spain was one of the best experiences of my life...(minus getting Salmonela poisoning). I went with a group of 15 high school students back in 2002. We had an amazing time & I learned so much from that trip. Traveling to Spain lit my spark to continue to want to travel all over the world meeting different people & learning about their cultures.
