PHILOSOPHY

Personal philosophy depending the time that you are living sometimes changes. The human values,the peace, the equality, the respect of the environment and the human beings, the love and the sharing are some things of my philosophy that can't be change. Also another personal though that is still alive in my mind is that its better to live the present than loosing energy thinking or the past or the future cause the past always gives you bad memories and the future expectations...So leave the expectations apart and shall live for today with no worries and anxious.. we are part of all and all are part of us!!!

Books lets see...nowadays i am more into art books and books who has to do with psychotherapy and mas alla (castaneda,neruda, alliente, yalom etc..)....
Music..hmmm so many i can start from psychedelic rock 60s-70s, reggae, dub,psy abient, trance, traveling music and in general music that never leave your mind be in the reality and give you space to travel beyond the invisible...
