We are a family of four people and two cats

Children: Alf, 4 and Freya 2 year old.

Our primary interests are
*realizing God in everyday life through meditation, study and right action
*sharing the world with everyone
*healing and networking

PHILOSOPHY

Everyone is family. Forget philosophy, just smile :)

We study in Self-Realization Fellowship, which is a path of raja yoga, royal science of God-union. SRF embraces a universal spiritual paradigm which connects the teachings of Jesus, Buddha, and the Indian spiritual masters.
