Become more mindful of myself and live a life of serving the world and others. I'm a full time "modern monastic" at the Center for Mindful Learning in Johnson, VT. We're like a modern full-time residential meditation center.

ABOUT ME

I love learning, and I love people.

I like going deep and broad. Once, I brought a RV back in 2011 and drove it across the country twice. I've practiced meditation for ten years.

In my younger days, I sought after truth studying Philosophy, Religion, and doing intense meditation retreats.

I'm training a lot in teaching relational forms of meditation and practices within Authentic Relating & Circling.
