One thing I have learned after some struggling is that the base of happiness is to be real and to allow everything that is part of you to be there. Eventhough it might look negative- it is part of you, so the best way is to make friends with it instead of supressing. Its not about following concepts- whether its the yogic way or the lifestyle-things. Be yourself and have the courage to be sometimes strange and sometimes boring normal!
