One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Looking outside of a plane and seeing where we have come as human beings...from the days of living in caves and mud huts to a modern day beautiful labyrinth. Don't know if it is a good thing or a bad thing but it always blows my mind.

What I am learning I can teach:

1) Obsession is the mental component.
2) Compulsion is the physical component.
3) Self-centeredness is the spiritual component.
4) The root cause is a fear of needs not being met and the desire for instant relief from that fear.
5) Concentration is the prerequisite for meditation.
6) Meditation is the concentrated flow of awareness on a single point within.
