CURRENT MISSION

I guess my mission is to find out what will happen if I follow my bliss.

ABOUT ME

The moment I make a statement describing myself, I can immediately come up with a description which would be a complete opposite, and still be just as true. So it's not an easy task. I can be anyone and anything depending on a situation, like a piano which can produce any kind of music. I love the feeling of inspiration that occasionally takes over me and makes my heart skip a beat. I would really like to cultivate this feeling and experience it as much as possible in my daily life. I rely a lot on intuition and usually 'think' with my heart. I want to believe that I am a sincere and open person, because I have a hard time pretending.. instead, I do my best to genuinely connect to people and relate to their stories even if they are very different from mine.

PHILOSOPHY

I decided I won't set targets to 'be' anything or to 'achieve' anything, cos if I am good at what i do, it will bring along everything that i need. I guess if i am on the right track, everything will fall into place. Yes, i believe in miracles :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I absolutely love the philosophy of this site and want to do something to prove that some of the most beautiful things in life are free.
I want to believe in creating a chain of giving and passing our gifts on without holding on to them. There is something really 'larger than life' in giving your hospitality, kindness, dinner, time or smiles to absolutely random people.

Drawing and painting, traveling, yoga, reading and eating... is how I would probably define my mainstream interests that shape my life, although some small and random interests can sparkle here and there along the way

I enjoy both fiction and non-fiction, and have been reading a lot on creativity, philosophy and art. I am interested in artists' biographies, their paths and struggles.. I am curious about the workings of the universe, the phenomena that can be studied and observed as well as the mysterious and unseen ones which open up to us if we care to accept them...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have seen a whole lot of breathtaking nature landscapes, all stored in my visual memory now, and which sometimes still pass in front of my eyes.

I have met some people who i will never forget even if I fall out of touch with them for an indefinite number of years.

I have tasted food that made my taste buds explode! :) I absolutely love Indian food and always come back to it after sampling other cuisines.

Life is made of such beautiful experiences, small ones and big ones... difficult to list them all down :)
